Yumemizuki Mizuki is a driver that focuses on enhancing and triggering the Swirl reaction. Her only needed stats are Elemental Mastery, to strengthen her Swirl buff as well as Swirl damage, and Energy Recharge to be able to use her Burst every rotation for healing and more Swirls.
