This build makes use of her entire kit, from her Elemental Mastery ascension stat, high rate of Electro application, and supportive driving capabilities. Making her an on-field driver for Quicken teams also minimizes her Energy Recharge requirements and is therefore her best use case relative to her other on-field teams.

This build makes Lisa a flexible buffing unit with off-field damage. She can play in a variety of teams but is most prominent in Quicken teams, other select teams can use her to fully buff an on-field character entirely.
Casting Lisa's Hold Skill does not require 4 entire seconds of charging to connect, as long as the indicator aligns with the ring, she can release for full damage.
Regarding Weapon Choices:
A Thousand Floating Dreams: Only used in Quicken teams.
Flowing Purity: This weapon is more potent if you can reliably clear the Bond of Life.
Hakushin Ring: This weapon can give a teamwide DMG% buff, often utilized in Quicken teams. Note that the passive cannot be triggered when off-field.
Mappa Mare: Only used in Quicken teams.
Favonius Codex: This weapon can be used in teams where Lisa's Energy Recharge requirement is high, or if your team values the additional particles.
Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers: This weapon sacrifices a lot of Lisa's personal damage for buffing potential on a single character. It can be recommended if Lisa is low investment and focused on buffing.
Regarding Artifact Choices:
These options prioritize Lisa's Burst uptime as a defense shredding tool.
Sets

Noblesse Oblige (4): This set's teamwide ATK% buff can be more preferable than to maximize Lisa's personal damage, though less common.
Gilded Dreams (4): Only used in Quicken teams

This build aims to be the consistent trigger for reactions, most notably Hyperbloom or Overload. These reactions are primarily triggered by her Burst, which is why it's important to make sure its uptime is as high as possible. Avoid having a second Electro in the Overload team for this build since this could mess up the Pyro aura Lisa wants for this playstyle.
Lisa's Burst will not have full uptime when off-field due to its cooldown, sometimes on-fielding Lisa is advised to fill in downtime and trigger relevant reactions.

Regarding Weapon Choices:
Etherlight Spindlelute: At high refinement [R4-R5] this weapon perform similarly to 5-star options while also having a significant amount of Energy Recharge on it, making it easier to build around.
Fruit of Fulfillment: At high refinement [R4-R5] this weapon perform similarly to 5-star options while also having a significant amount of Energy Recharge on it, making it easier to build around.
Regarding Artifact Choices:
Try to invest both into Elemental Mastery and Energy Recharge. The goal is to try to stack as much Elemental Mastery while getting enough Energy Recharge for a comfortabl'Burst uptime depending on your teams.
Sets
Flower of Paradise Lost (4): This set only performs around 4-6% (varies according to the elemental composition of your team) better in terms of Hyperbloom damage. Therefore it's worth considering farming (4) instead since it's in a more resin efficient domain alongside (4).
