On-Field DPS Dehya relies on using her Skill and Burst to do damage.

Dehya's Burst cannot trigger effects that trigger on Normal Attack animations or damage (e.g. Xingqiu, Beidou).

At [C1], HP% becomes a viable stat for Dehya competing with ATK% stats while providing survivability. Additionally, 5-star weapon stat sticks can be worse than some 4-star options as their high Base ATK stats matter less.
