Notes
Dahlia offers both shielding and an ATK SPD increase to characters protected by his shield, both of which scale with his HP%. As such, building Energy Recharge to use Dahlia's Burst and building HP% to increase his support capabilities are the focus of his build.
Dahlia's shield will take overflow damage when broken. This occurs before it is renewed with a Benison stack.
Dahlia's A4 passive is maximized at 40,000 HP.
Regarding Weapon Choices:
Peak Patrol Song: Does not aid Dahlia's stats, but offer some team buffing in return. Only use it if the team can reliably trigger its passive, and you've met Energy Recharge and HP% thresholds.
