Notes

Clorinde is a DPS who primarily deals damage with her Skill, which puts her into a special state that infuses her Normal Attacks with Electro, and grants her a Bond of Life for each Normal Attack performed. She can then use her Skill again to consume that Bond of Life, increasing that attack's damage depending on its amount, and heal herself. While in that state, healing from sources other than her Skill increases Clorinde's Bond of Life instead of restoring her HP. Clorinde's Burst also grants her a Bond of Life, with the amount increasing based on her talent level.

Clorinde's fast and frequent Electro attacks make her a great fit for teams with Dendro characters (notably Nahida), using the Aggravate and/or Hyperbloom reaction to deal extra damage.

Main stats notes
Elemental Mastery: In Quickbloom, Elemental Mastery sands performs similarly to ATK% sands, and has a lower priority in Aggravate.
Substats notes
Elemental Mastery: In Quickbloom scenarios, Elemental Mastery has a similar priority to ATK%, and has a lower priority in Aggravate.
Energy Recharge: Having Energy Recharge rolls can allow Clorinde to be able to Burst every rotation, which is useful. However, Energy Recharge should not be prioritized.
Talents notes
Burst: It is recommended to bring Clorinde's Burst talent to at least Level 7 to take full advantage of her A4 talent. This also allows for the Burst combos mentioned in the notes.

Gameplay Tips

  • Bond of Life is a mechanic that absorbs any healing a character receives. It appears as a red outline around their HP bar, and its maximum value is 200% of the character's HP (represented by an outline around the entire HP bar). To clear a Bond of Life, the character must receive healing equal to its value.

  • Clorinde's Skill is considered Normal Attack damage, meaning she cannot trigger any effect worded as "when the character hits an opponent with their Skill".

  • Clorinde's A4 talent gives her a free 20% CRIT Rate that does not show in her stat page while out of combat.

  • Applying Electro & Dendro on the same enemy creates a Quicken aura.
Applying Electro on a Quicken aura triggers the Aggravate reaction.

Applying Hydro & Dendro on the same enemy triggers a Bloom reaction and creates a Dendro core.
Applying Electro on a Dendro core triggers the Hyperbloom reaction.

A team featuring both the Aggravate & Hyperbloom reactions is referred to as Quickbloom.
