Notes

This playstyle maximizes Alhaitham's kit, leveraging both Spread reactions and his Elemental Mastery-scaling Skill for significant damage. As a Spread DPS with a high rate of on-field Dendro application and flexible team compositions, he excels in Quicken/Quickbloom teams. To further maximise his performance it's highly recommended to prioritize levelling him to 90/90.

Basic Rotations:

  • Burst up =
  • Burst down =

Regarding Weapon Choices:

Light of Foliar Incision: This weapon prefers Elemental Mastery sands even in situations with fewer or no Spread procs such as in Bloom/Burgeon/Hyperbloom teams.
Uraku Misugiri: With a Geo unit on the team this performs on par with , or even slightly better in AoE scenarios where you lose stacks faster on .
Wolf-Fang: At [R5], this weapon performs similarly to and .
Toukabou Shigure: This ranking assumes single-target situations, in AoE situations it starts falling behind weapons such as and .
Harbinger of Dawn: If you can maintain near perfect uptime on its passive this weapon will perform similarly to weapons like .
Xiphos' Moonlight: This weapon can perform similarly to in teams where you have higher Energy Recharge requirements or want to Burst every rotation.
Festering Desire: This weapon can perform similarly to in teams where you have higher Energy Recharge requirements or want to Burst every rotation.

Regarding Artifact Choices:

Usually in Quicken/Quickbloom teams Alhaitham leans towards Elemental Mastery sands (roughly 5% or so difference usually). But in Bloom/Burgeon/Hyperbloom teams with, fewer to no Spread reactions, he skews more towards ATK% sands (unless you're using ). Or even Energy Recharge sands if you're trying to Burst every rotation for increased Dendro seed generation in those teams.

Sets

Gilded Dreams (4): This ranking assumes that you already have another holder on the team, if not then becomes his best set.
+80 EM set (2): These split set options can actually perform similarly to (4) or even surpass it in situations where you have higher Energy Recharge requirements or want to Burst every rotation. Or even if they just have better substat rolls on them.
Marechaussee Hunter (4): If played with Furina, this is Alhaitham's best set.

Substats

Energy Recharge: Certain Quicken teams can run little to no Energy Recharge and simply Burst every other rotation without a dps loss
Elemental Mastery: If you're running under 200 Elemental Mastery this substat has priority over Crit
